The MinhaPortaria app is a solution aimed at condominiums that have contracted the Remote Gatehouse service with MinhaPortaria and are looking to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication, and internal processes. The tool is integrated with the access control system of the condominium provided by MinhaPortaria.

With this app, you can receive various alerts and messages such as:

• A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
• The battery in your remote control is low.
• A package has arrived for you.
• License plate rotation alert (SP).
• Messages from the condo association president, caretaker, and doorman.

Moreover, it allows you to perform several queries:

• Entry and exit queries. For example: Find out what time your child arrived home from school.
• Visitor and visit reports.
• Internal incident reports.
• Submit incidents (Suggestions, Complaints, etc.).
• Reserve common areas (Barbecue area, party room, etc. - if enabled for your condominium).
